Monterrey, Mexico

We will be on-field late May to early July

Located just 140 miles from the Texas border in northern Mexico, Monterrey is an influential city of 4 million people and is home to some of the top universities in Mexico and Latin America. Over 200,000 college students live and study at numerous campuses in the city--with zero registered Christian ministries! We will be working on the campus of Monterrey Tech, a top 5 school in all of Latin America. The needs are great, but the strong cultural and spiritual history of Mexico has created a fertile ground for the Gospel of grace to take root.  The CCP is also a key time for us to grow in character development and gain a Biblical view of fellowship with the Body.

The team will be spending time building relationships with students in hopes of sharing the Gospel with the lost and helping believers grow deeper in their faith. We will be studying and applying principles for ministry to college students in a foreign context. We'll help coordinate an evangelistic retreat and will connect long-term staff to students we've built relationships with to follow up after we leave. Throughout the summer, we will build vision for God's kingdom and evangelizing the unreached people in the world.

The cost of CCP is approximately $5,000. We are trusting God to provide the needed funds through people who would partner with us to see the gospel go forward in Mexico.

There are two ways to partner financially:

  1. By Mail: Write a check made out to 'Campus Outreach' with the student’s name in the subject line that you are supporting, and send your donation to: Campus Outreach Birmingham, P.O. Box 43737, Birmingham, AL 35243

  2. Online: Click on the link below, enter the name in the donor preference box, and follow the steps to enter your donation.
